Yesterday, our small team was invited to conduct two manual brewing classes in an event held by the Ministry of Industry; a seminar and exhibition titled Kopiku Duniaku (My Coffee My World).

Head honcho Hendri had to create a presentation module overnight. He might be bright in coffee-stuff, but for composing a series of presentation slides using PowerPoint he had to beg for assistance from his two boys. Finally he managed to create something he aptly named The ABCD of Brewing Coffee.

Two classes were held, and each was attended by 30 people, lasted for an hour. The presentation covered how to choose your beans, how to store them, basic equipments needed for manual brewing, basic techniques, and so on. Our protégé Ve had the opportunity to show off his AeroPress styles to the crowds.
